- One entry per organisation. Duplicate or automated entries may be disqualified.
- How to enter: Submit the entry form and required organisation details. No purchase necessary.
- Closing date/time: 23:59 (UK time) on 20 March 2026. Entries after this won’t be counted.
Prize: 1× AskAiB NFP licence for up to 75 bookable resources for 12 months. Includes first site/floorplan setup and Microsoft Exchange integration for up to 5 resources.
- Fair use applies. Features, integrations and resource counts beyond the above are chargeable at standard NFP rates.

Hardware, premium/bespoke integrations, custom work and travel are not included.
- Winner selection & notification: Random draw. Winner notified by 17 April 2026 via the email provided. The winner must confirm eligibility and accept the prize within 7 days or a new winner may be drawn.
- Activation: Onboarding must begin within 90 days of notification; otherwise AskAiB may re-award the prize.
- Non-transferable; no cash alternative or refund.
- Data & publicity: By entering, you consent to AskAiB processing your details to administer the giveaway in line with our Privacy Policy and, if you win, to reasonable publicity (org name/logo/case study) unless you opt out in writing.
