Our pricing models are designed to be simple and predictable, based solely on the number of bookable resources and always with unlimited users.
Why don't we use per user pricing?
Simply put, our experience is this provides worse value for our clients who often have many more users than they do bookable resources. Our pricing model is clear, transparent and predictable.
A Resource is a Resource
With askAiB, a resource is a resource - whether it's a desk, room, parking space or anything else every resource is the same cost.
No Complicated Maths
Our simple pricing model is based on total resources with unlimited users, that's all.
No complicated maths to work out a mixed resource type price, no worries about what an "active user" is - just one simple monthly price.

Comprehensive implementation support and training options
AskAiB is designed to be simple to use and setup, but we understand that sometimes a more "hands on" approach from us with your deployment might be helpful.
We offer a range of options to support you with your setup of the system, or you may choose to self-deploy the solution.
Managed Deployment
We will manage the whole deployment process for you - start to finish - including system setup, configuration, floorplan creation and user provisioning
Ad Hoc Admin Support
Request support for specific areas you may want extra help with, at any time during setup. Whether it's creating floorplans or deciding how best to assign or restrict spaces - we are ready to help.
Bespoke Deployment
For larger deployments, we will work with you to put together a bespoke implementation package providing all the required setup, configuration, project management and training your deployment might require.

There are no hidden fees with askAiB. There are optional fees should you wish to take advantage of our implementation support services or Exchange integration - but these are clear and upfront. For everything else, it is just a cost per resource.
Our standard contract length is 12 months, paid in advance. Discounts are available for contracts of longer duration.
Support is included in both Simple and Advanced license types. Support is available via our portal or email for all license types, with Advanced license types also having access to telephone support. See our support policy for full details.
Our implementation support services are designed to offer great value and will be assessed on the basis of your individual requirements. Get in touch with us if you have questions - we would be pleased to discuss your requirements with you.
Exchange integration is $5 per integrated resource per month. Implementation services will be dependent on your requirements.
